- An aluminum can can be remelted and put back on store shelves in as little as 60 day. It takes 90-95% less energy to produce an aluminum can if it’s being recycled than it would to create new ones.
- Aluminum is incredibly durable. Two thirds of the aluminum that has ever been produced is still in use today.
- Bottles, fiber glass insulation, and materials used in building roads can all come from recycle glass.
